Common Name The Rigid Caladenia - The Stiff Spider Orchid

Flower Size 1.6 to 2.4" [4 to 6 cm]

Found in South Australia in dense coastal scrub on stabilized dunes at elevations of 350 to 400 meters as a small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single, linear, pubescent leaf and blooms in the later winter and spring on an erect, 6 to 12" [15 to 30 cm] long, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence.
