Found in southeastern Australia in coastal and near coastal areas in heath and heathy forests at elevations around sealevel to 500 meters as a mini-miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a narrow, linear, pubescent leaf that blooms in the spring on an erect, 3.2 to 8" [8 to 20 cm] long, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence and carrying flowers with a sweet honey scent.
