Common Name The Dune Living Caladenia - The Scott River Spider Orchid

Flower Size 2 to 2.4" [5 to 6 cm]

Found in southwest Western Australia in deep sand in coastal shrubby forests on dunes at elevations of 20 to 150 meters as a medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single, linear, pubescent leaf and blooms in the late winter and spring on an erect, 18 to 20" [45 to 50 cm] long, 1 to 4 flowered inflorescence.
