Found in Para State of Brazil in wet forests on tiny mossy liana at elevations around 40 meters as a mini-mini-miniature sized epiphyte witha short rhizome carrying many roots, some in the air, giving rise to inconspicuous, cylindric, smooth, green pseudobulbs carrying several, articulate, falcate, fleshy, laterally flattened, bright green, smooth margined leaves thta blooms in the fall on a lateral, simple, erect, actinomorphic, as long as the leaves, .6" [1.5 cm] 4 to 5 flowered inflorescence.
