Common Name Voigt's Caladenia - Mohawk Clown Orchid

Flower Size .4 to .8" [1 to 2 cm]

Found in Western Australia at elevations of 150 to 300 meters on granite outcrops, edges of salt lakes and in sandplain heath as a miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single, basal, pilose, linear leaf that blooms in the late winter and spring on an erect, 4 to 8 " [10 to 20 cm] long, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence.
