Found in southwestern Australia in wandoo woodlands and among she-oaks at elevations of 200 to 350 meters as a small sized, cold growing terrestrial with an erect, pubescent, linear leaf that blooms in the winter on an erect, 6 to 10" [15 to 25 cm] long, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence
