Common Name or Meaning The Small Needle Campylocentrum
Flower Size 1/16" [0.15 cm ]
Found in the Mantiqueira Rain Forest Mountains at elevations of 100 to 1150 meters as a hot to cool growing epiphyte that blooms in the fall in situ.
CAUTION Kew has this species as a synonym of C sellowii but Pabst and Dungs 1977 and Chiron & Bolsanello 2013 separate them and puts them in separate alliances within the section Campylocentrum so I await better references to make a decision!
