Found in Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia at elevations around 100 meters as a miniature to just small sized, hot growing leafless epiphyte with a radiate of roots with rosulate, inconspicuous leaves giving rise in the winter to an erect, fasciculate, pustulate, racemose, 3.2" [8 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence.
