Common Name The Cirrhaea-Like Cataseum

Found in Matto Grosso, Brazil as a medium sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with clustered, fusiform pseudobulbs enveloped basally by a few leaf sheaths and carrying to 4 to 6 oblanceolate, plicate leaves that blooms in the spring on a basal, erect, then horizontal to pendant few flowered inflorescence that arises on a mature pseudobulb.
This orchid is part of the C. pulchrum complex.
