Common Name The Three Horned Catasetum

Found in Santander department of Colombia at elevations around 700 meters as a large sized, warm growing epiphyte with fusiform, elongate pseudobulbs carrying 6 to 8, plicate, elliptic-lanceolate, acuminate, petiolate base leaves that blooms in the later spring on a male, basal, arching, 24" [60 cm] long, to 23 flowered inflorescence .
