Common Name The Lattice-Like Ceratostylis [refers to the sheath net-like structure]

Found in penninsular Malaysia at elevations of 1600 meters as a small to medium sized, cool growing epiphyte with a rhizome enveloped by redbrown, conspicuously net veined sheaths and carrying almost terete, very fleshy leaves that blooms on very short single flowered inflorescence arising from the sheathed junction of a leaf with the stem.
