Common Name Master's Bulbophyllum

Flower Size 2" [5 cm]

Found in the Moluccas and Borneo in hill forests at elevations around 500 meters as a small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with clustered, ovoid, obscurely angled pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect to suberect, oblong, subobtuse, attenuate below, coriaceous, broad leaf that blooms in the spring on a basal, to 12" [30 cm] long, curved or sub-erect, inflorescence with an umbel of a few to several [6 to 10] flowers

Needs to be put in a basket with an open mix, given partial shade, good air movement and high humidity to flower well.
