Common Name The Bent Cleisostoma [refers to the spur]
Flower Size .52 to .56" [1.3 to 1.4 cm]
Found in Borneo in hill forests at elevations around 300 to 600 meters as a medium sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with a mostly unbranched stem carrying spreading, strap-shaped, unequally bilobed apically leaves that blooms in the spring on an axillary, stiffly horizontal then arching to pendent, paniculate, to 5 branched, each branch to 6" [15 cm] long, peduncle to 6" [15 cm] long, dull green with brown or maroon marks to 16" [40 cm] long, successively 25, 130 flowered inflorescence .
