Found in Rio de Janiero Brazil at higher elevations as a large sized, cool growing terrestrial with an erect, somewhat sinuous stem carrying a few, small, erect-patent, ellptic-oblong, obtuse to somewhat obtuse, attenuate below into the base leaves that blooms on a terminal inflorescence.
