Common Name The Many Flowered Cleistes

Found in Bahia, Minas Gerais, Espirito Santo, Sao Paulo and Parana states of Brazil at elevations of 800 to 1200 meters as a medium to large sized, warm to cool growing terrestrial with an erect, thin stem carrying towards the middle, small, linear-lanceolate, erect to sometimes adpressed, acuminate, amplexicaul basally leaves that blooms in the summer on a terminal, successively 2 to 6 flowered inflorescence.
