Found in Myanmar and Vietnam at elevations around 1200 to 1300 meters as a miniature to small sized, cool growing epiphyte with ovoid to fusiform carrying 2 apical, oblong-lanceolate, acuminate, coriaceous, 7 nerved leaves that blooms in the fall, arising on a newly developing pseudobulb, 3.2" [8 cm] long, zig-zag, successively 2 to 5 flowered inflorescence
