Common Name The Pale Colored Coelogyne
Flower Size 3" [7.5 cm]
Found in Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Borneo in hill ridge forests at elevations of 1000 to 1600 meters as a medium sized, cool growing epiphyte with 1.6 to 2.8" [4 to 7 cm] between each pseudobulb carrying 2, apical, elliptic, acuminate,plicate, 5 nerved, grooved petiolate base leaves that blooms in the winter and early spring on a hysteranthous, slender, bare, 3" [7.5 cm] long, single [possibly more] flowered inflorescence enveloped basally by imbricating bracts.
CAUTION Said by Kew to be a synonym of C fimbrata but I have left them separate for now
