Flower Size 3/4" [1.85 cm]
Found in Antioquia department of Colombia at elevations of 1400 to 1600 meters as a small sized, cool, pendant growing, twig epiphyte with closely spaced pseudobulbs partially enveloped by a pair of distichous, imbricating, conduplicate sheaths and carrying a single, apical, fleshy, oblong, acute, tapering below into a very narrow conduplicate base leaf that blooms in the late winter through spring on a newly matured pseudobulb along the axil of the sheath and has delicate basal, arching to pendant, sometimes irregularly branched inflorescence with up to 8 successively opening flowers and likes moderate sun.
