Common Name Rodrigo's Condylago [Colombian Orchid Enthusiast current]

Flower Size 1/8" [5 mm]

Endemic to Antioquia department of Colombia at elevations of 1400 to 1600 meters as a miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with a short ramicaul enveloped basally by 1 to 2 dry sheaths and carrying a single, apical, narrowly elliptic, acute, gradually narrowing below into the conduplicate, short petiolate base leaf that blooms in the fall on a loose, flexuous, successively many flowered, 10" [25 cm] long, arching, racemose inflorescence holding the pubescent flower well above the leaves.
