Common Name The Superb Corunastylis - The Pink Midge Orchid

Flower Size .36 to .4" [8 to 1 cm]

Found in New South Wales at elevations of 400 to 700 meters among shrubs and in grass tussocks in sparse open forests as a miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single leaf that ends below the flowers that blooms in the late spring and summer on an erect, 10 to 20" [25 to 50 cm] long, 4 to 15 flowered inflorescence with well spaced, nodding flowers.
