Found in Tasmania Australia in coastal scrub and heaths at elevations of 5 to 20 meters as a miniature sized cold growing terrestrial with a single leaf with a .2 to .4" free part that blooms in the summer on an ercet, .4 to .6" [1 to 1.5 cm] long, 1 to 6 flowered inflorescence carrying well spaced, nodding flowers.
