Found in Moyombambe Peru with ribbed, conical-pyriform pseudobulbsa carryong 2 apical, plicate, enarrowly elliptic leaves that gradually narrow below into a long petiole and blooms in the late summer on a lateral, pendant 12" [30 cm] long 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence arising on a mature pseudobulb often after leaf fall.
