Common Name The Diverse Leaved Corybas [refers to the variable leaf shape]

Flower Size 1.2" [3 cm]

Found in Papua New Guinea on the Finisterre range at elevations of 1800 to 2250 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial a slightly angular, pale green to dark red stem with a basal, acute, subulate apically sheath and carrying a single, highly variable in size, shape and coloration, sessile, slightly decurrent on the stem base, cordate to lanceolate with a broad cordate base, auricles typically well developed, glabrous, margin undulate to flat, acute to obtuse apically, apiculate, veins reticulate, with 2 lateral veins on either side of the midrib, outermost lateral veins extending about half way to the apex, numerous secondary veins running largely parellel to one another leaves that blooms in the early summer on an erect, greenish, .04" [1 mm] long, single flowered inflorescence with a green, linear-lanceolate , acuminate apically, longer than the ovary floral bract
