Common Name Merrill's Corybas [American collector of the type 1900's]
Flower Size .6" [1.5 cm]
Found on Luzon in the province of Bataan in the Philippines on mossy shaded cliffs as a mini-miniature sized sized terrestrial with roundish corymb giving rise to an erect, 2" [5 cm] long, stem carrying an apical, thin, cordate-ovate, shortly acumiate leaf that blooms in the summer on an erect, single flowered inflorescence with lanceolate-acuminate, longer than the ovary floral bract.
