Found in Oaxaca state of Mexico as a mini-miniature to miniature sized terrestrial with a basal roisette of leaves that blooms in the fall on an erect, thin, delicate, very glandular, peduncle 4" [10 cm] long, provided with three acute sheathing bracts, rachis to 2" [65 cm] long, about 11 flowered inflorescence with much shrter than the ovary floral bracts
