Common Name or Meaning The Script Cranichis [refers to the markings on the lip being like writing]

Flower Size

Found in Mato Grosso and Districto Federal states of Brazil as a terrestrial with a basal rosette of 3, elliptic-lanceolate, acute, narrowing below into the elongate, petiolate base leaves that blooms on an erect, terminal, peduncle to 10" [25 cm] long, provided with 3 to 4, distant, foliaceous sheathing bracts, rachis to 2" [5 cm] long, cylindrical, densely many flowered inflorescence with shorter than the ovary floral bracts.
