Common Name The Epiphytic Crossoglossum

Flower Size

Found in Cundinamarca department of Colombia in temperate montane forests at elevations around 2450 to 2600 meters as a medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with an erect, terete short stem carrying 5 to numerous, ovate-lanceolate, acuminate to acute thin, subpetiolate base leaves that blooms in the later spring on an erect, peduncle 4.8" [12 cm] long, rachis to 11.2" [to 28 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence with ovate-lanceolate, shorter than the ovary floral bracts and carrying greenish flowers.

Basically a small sized plant and flower of C tipuloides.
