Found in Sabah, Borneo in lower montane forests at elevations of 1100 to 1700 meters as a cool growing terrestrial orchid that blooms in the spring.
CAUTION I have no way of verifying this determination so please use with caution. The distinguishing feature is a minutely tridenticulate apex to the petals and it is just not visible in this photo.
