Flower Size 1 1/4" [3 cm]

Found as a miniature sized, cool to cold growing, terrestrial species in southern New South Walesa, Western Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania occuring in heathland, box forests, coastal scrubs at elevations up to 1000 meters with a round, pilose tuber giving rise to a pilose, green and white stem carrying a single, linear, sparsely pilose, acute leaf towards the base and 2 lanceolate, acute bracts where it blooms in the spring on an erect, 6" [30 cm] long, single flowered, pilose inflorescence.
