Flower Size 1" [2.5 cm] long

Found in Comoros and Madagascar in forests on trees and rocks as a miniature to small sized, warm to cool growing terrestrial or lithophyte with 4 to 6, elongated and more or less villous tubers giving rise to a single, radical, widely elliptic to oblong, glabrous, long attenuate and shortly petiolate base leaf that blooms in the late winter and early spring on a terminal, erect, 1.8 to 2.8" [4.5 to 7 cm] long, 7 to 15 flowered inflorescence.
