Found in Tanzania in gravely places probably in rainforests as a small sized terrestrial with an ellipsoid, tomentose tuber giving rise to a slender, erect, glabrous basally, glandular-hairy above stem carrying 2 to 3, basal, spreading, oblong to oblong-lanceolate, glabrous leaves that blooms in the summer on a terminal, erect, glandular-hairy, 2.4 to 3.2" [6 to 8 cm] long, laxly 6 to 20 flowered inflorescence with lanceolate, acute, shorter than the ovary floral bracts.
