Found in Bolivia without locality as a medium sized epiphyte with narrowly ovate, laterally compressed, enveloped basally by 3 to 4 foliaceous sheaths and carrying a single, oblong-lanceolate, conduplicate to wards the base leaf that blooms in the wner on an axillary, paniculate, nodding, 4' to 4'8" [120-140 cm] long, the peduncle shorter than the rachis, the rachis with 6-8 distant branches, the branches spreading, 3-4-f1owered, several to many flowered inflorescence
