Common Name or Meaning Eugene's Cyrtopodium [Danish Plant Collector Brazil 1800's]

Flower Size 1.2" [3 cm]

Found in Minas Gerais Brazil on the road between Datas and Presidente Kubichek at elevations around 900 to 1250 meters as a medium sized, cool growing terrestrial or lithophyte with smaller [to 6"], fusiform, clustered pseudobulbs partially enveloped by leafless and leaf-bearing sheaths that soon become deciduous and carrying erect, narrowly lanceolate, green, glaucous leaves that blooms in the winter and spring on a basal, erect, 4'4" [1.3 m] long, several to many flowered inflorescence.
