Found in the Philippines in mossy forests at elevations of 2100 to 2300 meters as a miniature to just small sized, cold growing epiphyte with oblong pseudobulbs enveloped by densely spotted sheaths and carrying lanceolate, 3 veined leaves that blooms on a 6" [154 cm] long, fractiflex, loose, racemose, brownish-red, 8 to 9 flowered inflorescence
