Found in the Philippines at elevations of 500 to 2400 meters as a miniature to small sized, warm to cold growing epiphyte with ovate pseudobulbs enveloped by leafless sheaths in youth carrying a single, linear, 3 veined leaves that blooms in the summer, fall and winter on an gracefully arching, very slender, arising with a new growth to 5.8" [14.5 cm] long, to 40 flowered inflorescence
