Found in Sarawak and Timur Borneo at elevations around 800 to 1730 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm to cool growing twig epiphyte with crowded, oblong-ovoid pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect, linear, obtuse, rigid, fleshy, 3 main nerved, sulcate, gradually narrowing into the sulcate, slender petiolate base leaf that blooms in the late winter and spring on a gently curving, arising with the leaf nearly mature, peduncle filiform, 2 to 3.6" [5 to 9 cm] long, rachis quadrangular, often flexuous, 1.2 to 3.4" [3 to 9 cm] long, laxly 9 to 28 flowered inflorescence with oblong, obtuse, erose distally longer than the ovary floral bracts
