Found on Luzon in the Philippines in mossy forests at elevations of 500 to 2260 meters as a small to medium sized, warm to cold growing epiphyte with slnder, pear-shaped pseudobulbs carrying linear-elliptic, 3 to 5 veined leaves that blooms in the fall on an erect, loosely flowered, 11.2 to 14" [28 to 35 cm] long, racemose inflorescence.
