Found in the Philippines in central Luzon on mossy tree trunks and branches at elevations around 2000 meters as a miniature sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte with erect, elliptic psuedobulbs carrying very leathery, linear leaves that blooms in the fall and winter on an arching, 5.6" [14 cm] long, 2 ranked, to 20 flowered inflorescence
