Common Name Williams' Dendrochilum [Original Collector of Species American early 1900's]

Flower Size 1/6" [4 mm]

Endemic to the high mountains of Luzon, the Philippines in mossy forests at elevations of 1200 to 2300 meters as a small sized, cool growing epiphyte on moss covered branches with very small to almost non-existent pseudobulbs carrying grass-like, thick and flattened leaves and blooms in the winter on an arcuate, 2" [5 cm] long, many [25] flowered inflorescence that arises with a new growth.
