Common Name Devoogd's Dendrochilum
Flower Size .12" [3 mm] long
Found in Sumatra on rock walls at elevations around 600 meters as a miniature to small sized, warm growing lithophyte with a spreading, hanging, branched, terete rhizome giving rise to pseudobulbs that are an acute angle to the rhizome carrying a single, apical, erect, oblong-elliptic, very shortly acuminate, rather abruptly narrowing below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on an erect, slightly hairy, peduncle to .6" [1.5 cm] long, rachis thin, sparsely hairy, quadrangular in cross-section, many flowered inflorescence.
