Found on Luzon within The Philippines at elevations around 2300 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cold growing epiphye with pear shaped pseudobulbs giving rise to a single, leathery, linear-oblong, 1 to 3 main nerved leaf that blooms in the fall on a 1.2 to 2.6" [3 to 6.5 cm] long, few flowered inflorescence
