Found in Ivory Coast, Ghana and Gabon in lowland shady wet forests and bush as a large to giant sized, hot growing epiphyte with elongate, pendant stems carrying many, 2 ranked, elliptic, basally twisted to all face in one planr, bilobed apically, round lobed leaves that blooms in the later spring on a pendant, arising from the base of the leaf bearing sheath, 3.2 to 5" [8 to 12.5 cm] long, 8 to 14 flowered inflorescence.
