Found in Chiriqui Panama at elevations around 900 to 1200 meters as a mini-miniature to small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with erect to arching stem enveloped by leaf sheath bases carrying distichous, linear, acute leaves that blooms in the early spring through earlier fall on an axillary, .6 to .8" [1.5 to 2 cm] long, single flowered inflroescnece with infundibuliform, apiculate, floral bracts.
