Common Name Sodiro's Dichaea [Ecuadorian Orchid Enthusiast and discoverer of species 1900's]

Found in Ecuador at elevations around 450 meters as a small sized, erect to spreading, hot to warm growing epiphyte with an ascending to repent, simple or branched stem carrying horizontally spreading, dense, linear-elliptic, acute, apiculate, leaves that blooms on an axillary, erect-patent, 1/2" [1.3 cm] long, single flowered, glabrous inflorescence with ovate, acuminate floral bracts.
