Common Name The Almost Complete Rim Diplocaulobium

Flower Size

Found in the Solomon Islands and the Santa Cruz Islands in primary rain forests and exposed montane ridges at elevations of sealevel to 1600 meters as a small sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with clustered, basally swollen, thinner above, light greenish yellow with a purplish tinge pseuobulbs often sheathed basally with brown bracts and carrying a single, apical, erect, linear, minutely bilobed apically, glossy green, prominent mid rib, narrowing below into the clasping base leaf that blooms on a terminal, short, single flowered inflorescence with a linear-lanceolate bract.
