Common Name The Glanded Disa
Flower Size 3/4" [1.8 cm]
Found in southern Cape Province South Africa in wet moss and turf on rocks and in small crevasses at elevations of 600 to 1500 meters as a miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial orchid with 3 to 6 spreading, elliptic, imbricate leaves that blooms in the summer on a corymbose, 1 to 10 flowered inflorescence with bracts as long as the ovaries.
