Common Name The Flesh-Colored Disa
Flower Size .32 to .6" [.8 to 1.5 cm]
Found in central and southeast Madagascar in peat bogs at elevations of 1300 to 2100 meters as a medium sized, warm to cool growing terrestrial with oblong tubers giving rise to caulinar leaves that blooms in the spring and summer on a terminal, elongated, densely 7 to 15 flowered inflorescence enveloped completely by 12 to 14 sheaths and carrying floral bracts that are longer than the flowers.
