Common Name The Adorned Distylodon [refers to the 2 fang-like subulate teeth of the rostellum]

Flower Size .4" [1 cm]

Found in southwestern Uganda in forests at elevations around 1000 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with a short, flattened stem carrying 2 ranked, ovate to ellipitc-lanceolate, basally twisted so to be all in one plane, unequally and acutely bilobed apically leaves that blooms in the mid-spring on a slender, .88" [2.2 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence with an ovate acute bract.
