Common Name The Painted Diuris - The Granite Bee Orchid

Flower Size .8 to 1.2" [2 to 3 cm]

Found in Western Australia at elevations of 50 to 350 meters on granite outcroppings as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with 3 to 5, tufted leaves that blooms in the spring on an erect, 8 to 14" [20 to 35 cm] long, 1 to 8 flowered inflorescence.
