Found in northeastern Queensland Australia in the wet tropics at elevations of 300 to 1300 meters as a large sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with pendulous, clustered stems carrying pendulous, terete leaves that blooms in the spring on 2, erect, to 3.2" [8 cm] long, to 15 flowered inflorescence and carrying fragrant flowers.
